What is the guest capacity for Little Wren Weddings & 505 Events?

Up to 99 guests.

What is the guest capacity for Little Wren Chapel?

The Little Wren Chapel has White Church Pews that can seat up to 64.

What is the guest capacity for Little Wren Garden?

The Garden can host up to 99 guests. White Weddings Chairs are used for seating. 

What is the deposit to reserve the venue?

A good faith deposit is required when signing the venue agreement to reserve the date. We prefer 50% of the total amount of time booked - but we will work with brides if needed. All deposits are non-refundable.

Catering: Are we allowed to bring in a caterer?

Yes. We have two kitchens available with refrigerators, microwaves, and coffee makers available for use. The kitchens are best used for food prep vs cooking on-site. Please let the caterer know that we have limited kitchen space.

Alcohol: Can we bring alcohol?

Yes. Little Wren Weddings is a No Cash Bar Facility. All bars are hosted by the bride and groom or the family of the couple. To protect you and us - all alcohol must be stored and served by TABC certified bartender. We ask that you use one of our preferred bar tenders. It is the policy of WLJurgens that no shots be served, and all liquor drinks must have equal parts mixer used.

The last call is at 10:00 pm or 1 hour before the event's end time.

Can we put a tent in the garden for our celebrations?

Due to sprinkler and electrical lines, we do not allow tents in the garden.

What extras does LWW charge if I book my wedding here?

Day of Event Insurance - $100

Day Event Cleaning Charge - $100

How late can we host a wedding or event?

Little Wren Closes at 11 pm.

The final 30min of the booking reserved for pick up of personal items and decor.

Do you have tables and chairs available?

Yes. We have more than enough tables and chairs for events of 99 or less. See the Resource list below.

Do you offer linens?

Please ask when you come for a tour. We do have linens for smaller weddings.

Can we set up the venue ourselves?

The time you book should INCLUDE set up and take down. Plan accordingly. In some cases, more time can be bought if needed.

The Little Wren Wedding staff will have all tables and chairs set up for you before you arrive. You are responsible for decorating unless otherwise agreed upon.

Can we set up during our rehearsal time?

Normally, no. If you feel an exception needs to be made, please reach out.

Can we roll our 60-minute walk-through or 60min rehearsal time towards the wedding day?

No.

Is there a damage deposit?

Yes, $375. We will hold a credit card number or check written for $375.00 on file. Assuming there are no damages the check/CC # is shredded following the event.

Photography: Can I take my engagement pictures at Little Wren Weddings?

Yes, we ask that you to contact us to set up a day and time before coming for the shoot.

Can we have live music or a DJ?

Yes. LWW operates under the city noise ordinance. We will talk to the DJ or Band to make sure they are aware of the decibel level. All loud music must be turned down and moved inside at 10 pm.

Parking: How is the parking?

We have a large parking lot, and there is plenty of street parking. No overnight parking unless there are extenuating circumstances that you make LWW aware of prior to leaving the vehicle behind.

Is security required?

It is not required, but it is recommended.

What items can we use for send-off?

We allow sparklers, bubbles, and streamers on a stick.

We do not allow rice, confetti, or fake flowers, or paper lanterns because it ultimately is litter (and very hard to pick up). If you use these items or burn the grass with sparklers, the security deposit will be charged.

Clean up: Do we have to clean up after the wedding?

The wedding party is responsible for collecting all their decorations and clean up any belongings, dishes, etc. that were used. LWW staff will take care of trash, take down tables and chairs, mopping etc.

Weather: What happens if it rains and I have an outdoor wedding?

You are welcome to move the ceremony indoors to the Chapel if your guest list is 64 or less.

Little Wren reserves the right to close the garden if it is unsafe or too wet. Hard rains (day of or earlier that week) can cause the garden to be swampy and unusable.
