What is the guest capacity for Little Wren Chapel?
The Little Wren Chapel can host up to 64.
The Garden can host 100+ for our door wedding and receptions.
The Event rooms and covered deck can host 60+ (in bad weather) and many, many more if you choose to have an mix spaced reception (indoor and outdoor)
Can we set up the venue ourselves?
The Little Wren Wedding coordinator will sit down with you to determine what you would like our staff to set up vs your own crew. If you choose to have the wedding in the Chapel and reception on the patio and event areas LWW will have chairs and tables ready for you when you arrive free of charge. There is a small charge ($100) to have the ceremony set up in the garden. If you choose to have the reception in the garden as well add another $50.
Can we set up for our event in advance?
Booking the venue allows you a certain amount of venue time for the day. This booked amount of time includes set up and take down. You are free to use that time as you see fit. In some cases more time can be bought if needed. If you would like the opportunity to set up early - let us know, and we’ll be sure to keep you posted on availability.
Can we roll our 60 minute walk through time towards the wedding day?
What if I want to invite more than the agreed upon number of guests?
The contract will share the agreed upon number of guests. We allow a 10 person flex - Ex. if 60 guests is agreed upon up to 70 guests arrive we do not add an up charge. If more than 10 guests arrive there is a $250.00 up charge for up to 100 guests.
How is the parking?
We have a large parking lot and there is plenty of street parking.
Do you provide tables and chairs?
65 white resin wedding chairs for the ceremony (indoor or outdoor).
40 soft banquet chairs (indoor only)
3 - 8ft Dinning tables (8ft x 18in)
6 - 6ft Dinning tables (6ft x 29.5in)
6 - 32’ round bar height tables
10 60' round tables
8 46' round tables
Numerous couches and chairs in the lounge and lobby areas.
(We currently do not have linens for the tables.)

Do you offer linens?
Please share what you are looking for and we'll either point you to a good vendor or offer the LWW linens for a reasonable price.
What kind of sound system(s) do you offer?
The Little Wren Chapel is wired with speakers for iPhone/ipad use.
Outdoor or patio sound system - A PA/Sound system for outdoor weddings is available to rent.
Are there rooms for the Bride and Groom to get dressed?
Little Wren Weddings offices on the property and can make changing rooms for the Bridal party and Groomsmen available. The setting is rather unique/nontraditional so we will be sure to give you a tour of what these accommodations look like.
Do we have to clean up after the wedding?
We have people on site during the wedding that can help clean up as things progress. The wedding party is responsible to collect all their decorations. LWW staff will take care of the rest.
How late can we host an wedding or event?
All loud outdoor festivities must move inside by 10:00pm. Indoor festivities should start winding down by 11pm.
Are we allowed to bring in a caterer?
Yes. We have a kitchen but it is best used for food prep. We have a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker available for use. Please let the caterer know that we have limited kitchen space and no use of stove for cooking.
Can we bring alcohol?
Yes, please enjoy your big day with plenty of spirits if you see fit to do so! Little Wren Weddings is a No Cash Bar Facility. All bars are hosted by the bride and groom or family of the couple. To protect us and you - all alcohol must be stored and served by TABC certified bartender - all alcohol must be stored and served by TABC certified bartenders. It is the policy of WLJurgens that no shots be served and all liquor drinks must have equal parts mixer used. Kegs are not allowed (exceptions can be made for Craft beer kegs).
LWW has a bartender you can hire if you need the service.
What is the deposit to reserve the venue?
A good faith deposit is required when signing the venue agreement to reserve the date. We prefer 50% down but will work with brides if needed.
Is there a damage deposit?
Yes, $200. We will hold a credit card number or check written for $200.00 on file. Assuming there are not damages the check/CC # is shredded following the event.
What items can we use for send off?
We allow sparklers, bubbles, organic flower petals, wedding rice and streamers on a stick. We do not allow rice or confetti because it ultimately is litter (and very hard to pick up).
Can I take my engagement pictures at Little Wren Weddings?
Yes, we ask the you contact the office to set up a day and time before coming for the shoot.
What to expect before/during/after wedding and clean up instructions.
60min Walk through before the wedding to discuss seating, decorations and bar set up.
60min Rehearsal sometime within the two week window before the wedding.
Walk through done after wedding.
Facility use is from the agreed upon start time and needs to start winding down no later than 11pm. Extra time will be charge accordingly.
Any person can be asked to leave the premises if the Little Wren Wedding staff deems necessary to protect the venue or wedding party.
Caterers must pick up all trash left by their company and ensure stove is off at the end of the night.
Temperature is set by staff only, if changes need to be made please ask a staff member.
Vehicles are NOT to be left on the property/parking lot overnight after event, towing will be enforced.
There is absolutely NO SMOKING allowed inside or near any buildings on Premises. Smoking inside the building or near any open doors leaving a detectable odor will cause forfeit of the entire damage deposit, plus any best effort remedies to remove the odor.
A LWW staff will be onsite during the wedding to help should issues arise.
